You may download and customize the free carousel for your own real estate marketing. Replace placeholders, use authorized photos and verify all claims, local facts and required brokerage disclosures before publishing. Do not resell the original files as a template product.
Using Canva.
The free carousel opens in Canva as your own editable copy. Canva is a separate service and requires an account.

Browsing the free resources does not create a subscription. A membership begins when you complete checkout.
Membership.
Membership is $50 per month.
What members get.
- Member templates. Five original Canva carousel templates each week, released every Monday to the member library, with captions and alt text.
- Story pack. Six Canva Story templates, including a room reveal and a three-part day in your life.
- Highlight and profile kit. 16 Instagram highlight icons in three colorways.
- Animated stickers. 24 real estate stickers in two packs, for Stories and reels.
- Prompt pack. 32 prompts for drafting posts in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini from your own real estate knowledge.
- Member workspace. One saved post draft with its facts, photo notes, caption, alt text and the stage you set.
All released templates stay in the member library while your membership is active.
Billing and canceling.
Membership renews monthly in US dollars until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account’s billing page. You keep access through the end of the month you paid for, and there are no partial-month charges or credits.

Refunds.
If the club isn’t right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, renewals are not refunded. A refunded or disputed payment ends library access.
Using member templates.
Each membership covers one agent or one small team under a single account. Customize and post the templates as often as you like for your own real estate marketing, including after you cancel for designs you already copied. Do not resell, share or redistribute the templates or your login.
