Happy home anniversary
Mark the day a client got their keys with a short note about their move. Ask first, and let them choose what you share.
What you supply.
- The client’s permission to post and tag them
- Their closing date
- One memory from the move that they approve
- A photo they sent you, if they want one included
What you can change.
Leave out the street address and anything that shows exactly where they live. Send the post to your client before it goes up, and tag them only if they agree.
The outline.

“Happy [first, fifth] home anniversary, [first names]!”
- The day
“[Number] years ago this [month], you got the keys in [city or area].”
- The memory
“[The moment from the move they agreed to share].”
- Sign-off
“Here’s to many more.” Tag them only if they said yes.
